Nice breakfast provided. some staff members were extremely unprofessional and rude. the room service and security staff were the only ones who showed respect and kindness. the hotel Wi-Fi wasn't accessible to all travelers, as it required an Indian mobile phone number. there were issues with billing and communication, and the hotel staff was unresponsive to inquiries. This hotel has potential, but some changes in staff and procedures need to be made to live up to its full potential.

Location was perfect for my business trip and I appreciated the convenience of having breakfast included. The room service staff were courteous and helpful at all times. the high-speed internet was very helpful in getting my work done efficiently.

The reception and hotel manager were not helpful and seemed very rude. They didn't provide me with the necessary assistance when I had an issue with my bill.
